I still do not understand your belief that they do not exist... yet they were installed on the vehicles and boats mentioned....that is a fact...you believe it not to be true...so obviously the facts are wrong (not statements, posts or conjecture...FACTS)

Must be nice to live in that bubble....

I generally agree with this sentiment, but sometimes the risk of getting your product out there early is tolerable given the potential reward. It reminds me of the story of two carpenters. Both were subcontracted to build 20 homes in a new residential development. The first home to be constructed was awarded to the first carpenter. While erecting the timber framing, he noticed that the construction specification was not clear as to which type of screw should be used, and he began to debate the issue. There were advantages and disadvantages to each, and ultimately he could not decide which to use, thereby delaying his progress. Unhappy with the progress of the first home, the prime contractor decided to award the second home to a second carpenter. The prime contractor explained the screw issue and asked the second carpenter which screw he would use. The second carpenter replied - "Neither. I would use nails like we have always done." Pleased, the prime contractor awarded the remaining 19 homes to the second carpenter. The moral of the story is, the second carpenter saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. He struck while the proverbial iron was hot. Sometimes the best solution isn't the "right" one, but the one which comes easiest. Sure, he took some risk by using a non-spec'd material, but in the end, it paid off. Go HLNT and good luck to all, Showtime. P.S. I don't know if this makes any sense at all.
