Sorry but your "thesis" is your opinion it is not based on any facts other than what you think will happen you have not provided any concrete information to support this. You can state it as opinion but please don't come on here with the assertion that there is some hidden news that only the shorts know.

your thesis of "15-20 million JJ will award vrng" is not based on the facts of the trial. JJ said it himself in court. Without Google offering up different damages into EVIDENCE the court will use Dr. Becker's assessment. That is 3.5%of 20.9%of googles US revenue(approx. 10B). That is fact.

One last point> two years in appeals is simly wrong. The likely time line for the process is roughly one year, give or take amonth or two.

I think what people are having a hard time believing is the 70 million settlement figure when the judge has essentially already said he was going to award the 3.5% of 20.9, which should be worth more in the neighborhood of 600 million.
