#24043 RE: austrianeconomics #24040

Best Post of the day. It continues to amaze me that people are still struggling with the projected outcome of this trial and judgement. of course you have to look closely at what has transpired. The judge has basically alluded to the fact that the only stats available are VRNG's since GOOG did not provide anything as a basis for the settlement. And anyone thinking that the mistake made in the past damages are going to be used for future royalties is asleep or dead, lol.

This is pretty much just a waiting game and the smart money is buying ever so slowly to avoid detection and to avoid lifting the PPS. As an example, did anyone really look at the block trades this afternoon. They were buys at the bid and they were well orchestrated. I bought at the bid when the ask was a penny higher. They will bring the PPS down to pick up your buys, try it, it works. To sell now at the eve of the news of judgement is insane.

And listening to the naysayers that have magically materialized today is also nuts. Notice how many of the well thought of posters are decidingly absent. Well, not much to talk about and no news, why would they be bothered to post dribble.

This is a fantastic opp to buy this really cheap. I bought another 1000 today at 2.78 and will buy another few 1000 before the run up.

Please tell me that you have seen this all done before. The stock trends down while in the quiet mode and then when you least expect it Kabooom! GLTA, Joe

judge Jackson hasn't said anything since he concluded the trial on Nov 20 (or 21?).. the jury said clearly 3.5% and most people believe that the judge (whether its JJ or the other guy) would have a hard time going below that.

edit: we are now in the post trial period where each side gets to argue the toss about the judgement made etc.
