"To date you have only mentioned people should be wary of promotions."

Not true, as anyone can determine for themselves:

"What is so obvious other than Bruce never disclosed?"

That TEXX is a scam, run in exactly the same way as its predecessor TEMN:

"Who sold?"

Perhaps one of the insiders -- maybe the same person who paid the IRPs, which would kind have made sense. Do you know anybody who would fit that bill?

Or maybe the IRPs were paid in shares or even front-loaded as they do in so many of these scams and then unloaded at the same time as they were urging others to buy hand-over-fist, knowing that their client was utterly bogus - that happens a lot down at the scammy end of the penny stock markets where companies like TEXX operate with the support of $50 IRPs, believe it or not.

In a way that's irrelevant. If TEXX (or TEMN) had ever had a real business plan beyond the good ol' IRP-assisted pump and dump, then they would have had real revenues and real SEC filings with proper substantive information that could be validated. We all know that they didn't and can therefore draw our own conclusions.

In the meantime anyone who listened to the blandishments of the IRPs is severely out of pocket, while those who were persuaded by the "bashers" to do some proper DD don't have another unwanted tax loss this year.
