#36447 RE: sunspotter #36445

Again I ask, what is the scam? It would take TEXX over 30 years to sell the A/S at the current daily volume, though it was suggested months ago they would be tapped out by April 1st.

You are actually suggesting the exact same thing I am, except you don't even mention Bruce Klein (Victory Partners from NJ), which seems very very odd. Weren't laws broken if he sold without disclosing? I warned of the 3rd party promo and you thought it was just an IRP spat. I suggested conversion was taking place and the 10Q showed I was right.

"Who sold?"

Perhaps one of the insiders -- maybe the same person who paid the IRPs, which would kind have made sense. Do you know anybody who would fit that bill?

Nodummy, Janice, and others posted about Tony with CCAJ. This is what got my attention..........and why I responded as I did.

CCAJ - The reason Tony kept voting control was to prevent the scammers from diluting the shareholders further and doing more damage with the shell.

Why has TEXX volume dried up? If it was just a P&D then why aren't they still dumping shares? P&D's milk it for all they have, don't they?

I don't dispute someone dumped, but you can't dispute the trademark, labels, or licenses. You tried to suggest they didn't sponsor Miss GEICO, but it's obvious they did.

I think Alonzo has worked hard and thought Bruce would help raise funds for the company simply because of his experience with DKAM. I also think Bruce broke the law by not disclosing, and Alonzo wants nothing to do with a P&D. Bruce (Victory Partners from NJ) did nothing but enrich himself. We'll see if the SEC gets involved.

Glad you alerted people TEXX was being promoted, as I did.

BTW, did you ever talk to Warren about Miss GEICO? The logo is right there on the boats, yet you and others suggested there was no sponsorship. Of course if you try what some did and post pictures from 2 miles away, it's kind of hard to see the Tequila Distinguido logo, now isn't it?

As an investor in Berkshire Hathaway -owner of Geico, as all the world knows - it seesm unlikely that the sainted Warren Buffet would knowingly associate himself with an obvious scam like TEXX - run by the very same crooks who set up the notorious TEMN fraud.

I must ask Charlie and Warren what they know about this claimed but undocumented "sponsorship" from Emperial Americas.
