Does TEXX (EA) not hold the rights to the brand as they claim?

Does TEXX (EA) not have approved labels? How 'bout the trademark?

You were asked on several occassions, since you claim to study penny stock scams, to lay it all on the table. To date you have only mentioned people should be wary of promotions. Even I did that. Any one can check the board and see for themselves.

What is so obvious other than Bruce never disclosed?
