Is it coincidence that SRGE files for the first time in a long time in October and Carillo Huettel ( a known P&D firm) suddenly run into legal problems that force them to flee?

So, regardless of how long Carillo/Huettel has been around or how many companies they have represented that you and others claim have all been P&Ds, you're implying that their association with the recent SRGE financial release is the sudden reason they had to flee, if in fact that is even true - I believe the only source of such information is in a blog on a P&D website.

The "Feds" swooped in because of SRGE? Ok, so IF that were true, that the Feds swooped in on a law firm because they were signing off on fraudulent SRGE financials, wouldn't that mean the Feds already knew that the SRGE financials were fraudulent to begin with and wouldn't their first step have been to ensure trading was halted? So, their first step would be to go after the attorney, but all the while continue to let people trade the stock? Oh yeah, that makes sense.
