That happens all the time - a stock will continue to trade even after the SEC goes after those attorneys writing opinion letters.

Also worth noting - the Huettell legal opinions had a change of who signed off on them - the last being Wade Huettel but all the previous ones were Kevin Polis.

seems lawyers had been making changes with the firm and moving to other lawfirms. (note the changes on the attorney letterheads)
