What fisical cliff? IDCC says they will in a couple of years be bringing in 800 million a year, and they certainly have enough to make it for a couple of years. They still have money coming in and surely they will get new license deals before then. These companies that haven't renewed may decide to renew, and I don't think any want to go to court and or face sanctions.

the cliff - Both Samsung and RIM licenses expire in ~30 days.....question for you....what portion of our quarterly revenue has been made up by those 2?

and....the company previously said they had a GOAL of $800M revenue....when was the last time you heard that?

....the revenue shortfall is anticipated.....and they are cutting spending by "retiring" a fairly significant portion of the executive workforce....

to me it sounds like they are battening down the hatches for the fight.....

or they are preparing to sell off portions of the company....or to take part of it private....or both....

just don't see them giving "us" cash right now
