What fisical cliff? IDCC says they will in a couple of years be bringing in 800 million a year, and they certainly have enough to make it for a couple of years. They still have money coming in and surely they will get new license deals before then. These companies that haven't renewed may decide to renew, and I don't think any want to go to court and or face sanctions.

I am still optimistic that Nokia finally pukes and pays, and hopefully this will trigger Ericsson and Motorola, or Google to pay 3G revenues.

How many more non cell phone manufactures will pay up also? IDCC has a lot of companies owing them, and its time to start collecting.
