blair should have helped, it's his duty. he should not have made that comment about helping now, a bit late.

his company has investors that are committed, he has a bank loan, which erhc can't get, and no investigations or problems, raised the money on the aim, only risk , his partner , offor, who only owns 4,7% of the stock, but 55% of their pct of the block. big difference.

will be interesting to see how it shakes out, interesting to note, that only offor and a few others voted for the preferred based on the shares voted. most did not even vote, but at least 25 million against on that one.

Re airborne gravity/magnetic surveys on Kenya's 11A Block.


These have already been performed this year by Camac Energy which, working under an Agreement with the Kenyans,was interested in that Block....Apparently they allowed that prior Agreement to lapse and chose other on shore and offshore tenements.

You'll have to dig deeper than I did (only studied the various docs on the Camac site) to learn why this was the case.


I have - at least for the last two years - only a token ERHE holding left, and very rarely visit this board. Did so recently and noticed this Kenya thingy (in the context of an inquiry on Camac) so I thought good to share with all the many old mates here.
