There was some talk of reducing Chrome's voting rights without decreasing their ownership of the company. A non-voting trust or something similar was mentioned. Another thought of mine is giving them non-voting preferred in exchange for their common voting shares. So, maybe, where there is a will, there is a way. Whether he is willing to give up voting control remains to be seen but I think that is the path that needs to be followed to get an AIM listing. Keep his ownership percentage but reduce the voting percentage.
It was good to find out at the shareholder's meeting that they are at least considering solutions to some of these problems.
I hope they start having the shareholders meetings every year without exception or excuses as shareholders expect them to. I need that face to face time. For some reason the conference calls and other forms of shareholder communciation really haven't worked for me and I think many feel the same way.
