I talked to Blair about the AIM listing. He believes it is possible and they are going to try again with his assistance. Therefore I believe the article is inaccurate. I'm not sure why he didn't provide his assistance the first time but he did manage to get a listing for his company whose circumstances aren't a whole lot different than ERHC.
It sounds like this article got their information from Keeney. Keeney and Blair need to get on the same page.
I do believe there is a very good possibility of getting a JV partner for Kenya and Chad. I think it may be wise to do the gravity/magnetic surveys first. Those have been highly effective in our geology and may be enough to increase the value and/or attract a JV. These are airborne studies so they are relatively cheap and can be done fairly quickly. I don't have similar high hopes for the EEZ. I think that is a long shot until exploration in that area picks up and that could be years.
Bottom line is Kenya and Chad are ERHC's future right now. We might as well get on board with it because there isn't much else. Raise what you can in the rights offering. Do the grav/mag testing and see what that gets us. At least its a plan that has a chance of working. I don't really see another way of moving forward. Do you?
