When they interviewed me, we spent more than an hour on the phone. They already had most of the details and mainly wanted me to confirm what they had. The boy left a broad path of destruction in his wake and there were no issues following the bread crumbs.

i seriosly doubt his attorneys are going to try and muster any sort of defense unless its a mental disorder defense.
with everything laid out in the complaint, any sort of claim of innocence is just gonna piss em off and make it even worse. he will be much better off imo if he just owns it and apologizes. thats my personal experience anyway. if someone just apologizes to me i can let it go much easier than if they start making a bunch of half baked nonsensical excuses. sometimes thats even worse than the crime itself.
The problem for us was that he could hide his behavior (selling millions of shares on the backs of the faithful) while pretending to be a savior, naked short avenger blah blah blah. He told me to my face he was done promoting stocks when I met him in Atlanta at the monkeenar. One thing that I kept close to my vest was that my alarm bells went off after meeting him. In person, he didn't approximate the kind, savior-like persona that he had cultivated on the boards along with his followers and perhaps secret promoters.
I always wondered about the PhD and now the answer is he bought it lolololol.
