A lot of people talked to the SEC and were happy to send in as much information as the authorities wanted. I got the impression from those I spoke with that the SEC had so many people willing to give them information that they had to turn some away. I think people knew it was a scam after the EIGH divi implosion and Monk went underground on his pay to play website. Folks knew the jig was up and a lot of them turned states evidence. I think the detail and the wording of the compalint make it abundantly clear that the SEC had a ton of information and they only published the most damning of it in the complaint. I bet they have boxes of info and reams of paper in some office that they can use when this goes to court. Good for them being thorough and authoring a well written complaint. It gives me a bit of faith in our civil servants and the good folks at the SEC who have to deal with scammy companies and shifty promoters on a daily basis, not to mention the ENSSFM and the "shorty is the enemy" insanity.

Well done SEC, well done.
