i seriosly doubt his attorneys are going to try and muster any sort of defense unless its a mental disorder defense.
with everything laid out in the complaint, any sort of claim of innocence is just gonna piss em off and make it even worse. he will be much better off imo if he just owns it and apologizes. thats my personal experience anyway. if someone just apologizes to me i can let it go much easier than if they start making a bunch of half baked nonsensical excuses. sometimes thats even worse than the crime itself.
