Very few companies are undergoing positive change when the CEO position is swapping out, much less multiple times in a short timeframe. Someone has to hold the reins and guide the vision and execution (not be the technical expert by any means, but certainly guide the experts).
The Board Members have not left, MK the founder and pervious CEO to Sid, and Sid himself, are now both on the Board. The Board members hold nearly half a Billion shares of the stock combined. No one is jumping ship.
It does not inspire confidence that this has happened, and most recently with little notification of transition. Nor is it confidence building that the TSP is still not being mentioned, and the R/S has not been addressed.
The next generation lab prototype and TSP were mentioned in the 10K as the focus for 2012. Sid mentioned the details regarding the RS and gave a hint to the parameters the company wanted the pps to be before going forward. Ref Nov 1, 2011 CEO update. There will not be an RS at this pps.
