What do you mean if it was done behind the scene?? That's exactly how it was done.. We were in the dark for months. And when everything came to light not only did we have a new CEO but a lawsuit against us! Like I said I'm not bashing just putting what's real.
In your experience do most successful companies explain a planned transition of major company positions (such as CEO), and then execute it, or do they execute and then explain it?
There are not many that follow the second model under positive circumstances.
Has anyone seen any further information on the lawsuit against 3DICON?
