I try to limit my posts and be as realistic as possible, but it is hard for me to watch justifications for rapid transitions at a CEO position in a developmental company and legitimize those justifications.

Very few companies are undergoing positive change when the CEO position is swapping out, much less multiple times in a short timeframe. Someone has to hold the reins and guide the vision and execution (not be the technical expert by any means, but certainly guide the experts).

It does not inspire confidence that this has happened, and most recently with little notification of transition. Nor is it confidence building that the TSP is still not being mentioned, and the R/S has not been addressed.

Anyone that feels that announcement of a TSP (now mentioned in CEO letters and at the shareholder meeting) would be giving away information would seem to have a skewed perspective. And failure to comment on the TSP or the R/S is just insulting to the shareholders (reference the newest letter released).
