HNZ director and hedgefund manager, Nelson Peltz, sold $28M worth of stock today or during the past few days, according to a Form-4 filing today:

In Feb 2012 (#msg-72704972), I predicted that Peltz would continue to lighten his HNZ holding; now he has, and he is presumably almost done selling insofar as he has “only” $6M worth of stock remaining from an initial holding of some $250M a few years ago.
