HNZ—Director, Nelson Peltz sold $8M worth of stock through affiliates—about 14% of his pre-sale position—on 2/24/12 and 2/27/12 at an average price of about $53.50:

Peltz still owns more than $50M of HNZ stock, but this is down from about $100M in Sep 2011 and about $250M in 2010. I think it’s reasonable to presume that Peltz will continue to lighten up.
