HNZ has had some sizable insider selling from three executives in the past few weeks (since announcing FY1Q13 results):

HNZ is trading at an all-time high, so it’s reasonable for executives to take some chips off the table; however, I don’t like insider selling when the amounts are substantial, as they are here.
