PHONEGUARD will be PRE-INSTALLED on every phone sold.. the payment for the APP will come directly out of the phone's monthly charge.. this is the big picture for PHONEGUARD oPMG IMHO

Good points, or should i say bad points since i want this to be the savior. I didnt know about the car co. with the talking txt thing. I get what ur saying. People will always txt, but no one will need phonguard becouse all the new cars will have voice txting. I wondered this myself. Since all the new cars that are out now have hands free, how easy would it be for them to either stop txting or to have voice txting. Lets just hope phone guards patents are the only ones that work, then maybe GM will buy us out. AAAHHH everyone has a dream.

LOL. Who has the most disposable income? Parents or teens? Teens will text and parents will have a very affordable way to control it!

"Gas is going to be over $4 a gallon by April. Parents are going to be going out to eat less, and they sure as hell aren't going to pay $200 a year for an app + a data plan + the initial cost of a smartphone. With less job opportunities for teenagers, there will be less driving. Period"

At what point does over reach become apparent? Let's just add the "fact" that the world will end on Dec 21st 2012 and therefore; the app will be rendered useless?

I don't know how many children you have, but my daughter and her friends have had smartphones since age 14. That was five years ago. They are getting them at age 10 now. They already have the smartphone + data plan. How do you think they are texting in the first place. They all have unlimited texting. Look around. Rarely do you see anyone using a non-smart phone any more.

Speculation is a bad thing when people talk out of their a** with it.

For the record and I will correct it for you since its WRONG! Research shows with higher gas prices people do go out to eat but they eat at less expensive venue's. For example mid level consumer staples like Chipotle will continue to do well but higher end restaurants like PF Changs normally take the hit.

You clearly do not have any idea what you are trying to say. Have you done any market research on the texting n driving issue? Because I can assure you both PhoneGuard and Izup have and based on the number of competitors hitting the market I am going to say once again you are wrong. I'm a sales and marketing guy so I know a little bit about this stuff.

And let's talk about price another area you are clearly wrong. It's not 200.00 per year and I don't for the life of me know where you pulled that number from. Consumers will be able to break down the the annual payment into monthly installments charged to their cell phone bill. It's a convenience thing for the customer since to your point times are going to get a lot tougher.

Next time do a little less speculating and a little more research. I promise it will make you a more credible person
