Gas is going to be over $4 a gallon by April. Parents are going to be going out to eat less, and they sure as hell aren't going to pay $200 a year for an app + a data plan + the initial cost of a smartphone. With less job opportunities for teenagers, there will be less driving. Period

It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price.
