Talk to Manshoon about it, We went over these several months ago.
The proposals are part of what is necessary for an insider to sell stock, but they are not binding. In the absence of form 4 filings we could only conclude that the stock was not actually sold.
Manshoon had some info about a monthly sales deal that was not controllable by Kim T. and therefore would not need to be reported, but I believe that his conclusion was that this was also not happening.
If in fact these sales were out of some fund deal that Kim could not control I would guess that he would be tearing his last hairs out and be extremely upset because it is So bad a time for him to be selling stock, but I doubt that is the case.
