I think just disregard the form 4 for now and assume that he sold all on the forms 144

http://www.investorpoint.com/stock/kblb-Kraig%20Biocraft%20Laboratories%20Inc./insider/All%20Insiders/Proposed%20Sale%20(Form%20144)/

use the latest November 10-q/ -for sure it could be possible that he sold the amount dated 12/30/11 and possibly the other 3 million dated late Sept. these may not have been accounted for in the latest 10-q . There should be a total, as of a certain date, that Kim owns. How many of the form 144's (link above) are included in that total?

Subtract what was not reported on the latest 10-q from the stated ownership, and divide by outstanding shares to give ownership% as of Dec. 31/11, if possible.

Need proof Kim is not selling his shares?
I know a lot of people want to use Kims share count to make it look like he is selling and the 144 issue suddenly being brought up being incorporated into the rumor, but if you want to know where the shares went it is basic math.

332292000 is what Kim had
320625500 is what he has.

11666500 is the difference

read these 2 sentences as 2 different things happening a couple years apart, and you will see where kims shares went

On December 29, 2006, the Company’s founder returned 11,666,500 shares of common stock to the Company.

These shares were cancelled and retired. Accordingly, the net effect on equity is $0.

Unfortunately for the "He is selling " crowd ....

He RETIRED THEM
