For those wondering where the selling pressure is coming from,(including myself);

It is very clear now, why the news releases of November to now have done nothing to the stock price but lower it. ( I do not know if CSC needs to file to sell, I doubt it, so who knows they could have added to the selling pressure as well).

There is no question about it, the CEO is entitled to dispose of shares from time to time, but I am left wondering; what about building shareholder value?

manshoon: I was wondering if you could calculate the theoretical percentage Kim owns NOW; should he have sold all the shares (144) that were not reported on the latest quarterly SEC filing??
