I am a bit rusty on the whole 144 topic, but if Kim is selling HIS shares he will have to file a form 4... but by that standard defeudis and march would have had to file a form 4 too when they sold... and I can't find any form 4's. and I don't recall an explanation on why Kim's sharecount is down 11.4 million shares.

So you'd have to remind me on the 144 share amounts.

But I think kim still owns 53 ish percent of the O/S
