#6300 RE: goldfork #6299

Is the gold deposit within the Amarillos 1-3000 claim? Does Jorge have rights to mine GOLD/SILVER/COPPER within these claims?
I'm still confused as to where the gold deposit is located and who owns the title.
A straight answer would be nice.

Thoughts;

Though it may not seem vital, the last line of the news release indicating the claims are salt and nitrate claims only is important, because now it is one Canadian, publicly traded company telling another that their claims are not what they say they are. Good stuff.

My understanding though is that we have filed a petition, at the court, which has been accepted by the court, to have the Amarillos 1-3000 claims struck from the register, and now we await the court's decision on this matter.

If anyone else has a different interpretation please feel free to share.

Rights that emanate with clean title

a) unfettered mineral rights to all concession able substances, including SALTS that may be sold to Barrick

b) Unfettered SURFACE RIGHTS. * Barrick claims it owns it with PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL = a lie. MWR shall inherit 100% all permits when ABX fraud is over.

c) Unfettered water rights.

d) Unfettered legal rights.

hence by Barrick lacking clean or real title, it has zilch at Pascua.

Barrick has been sending subliminal messages it holds SURFACE RIGHTS at Pascua.

It is a lie, thise rights by CHILEAN MINING LEGISLATION belong to the title holder.

Cheers to the truth

The truth of record should deliver MWR, 100% of PASCUA from ABX'S books, as early as 2012.
