After thirty odd years this truth has been in some dark places and has picked up some big bumps and deep scrapes along the way.
Trouble with truth in Chile is that it has a few deviations depending on the players and the money. High priced lawyers work for bribes as do many judges. It is in a pay for the ruling you want schedule of rates published in the Chile Legal Today. You can call Luis Hermosilla's office for a copy. Ask for his press assistant as he will not be there.
One can only imagine how sophisticated a body shop would have to be to straighten out the body panels of this truth not to mention a complete prep and repaint.
The only truth we want is that one by JRL and Torres.

There have no trials nor convictions for Luis Hermosilla as yet in Chile. Yes Hermosilla is being held waiting trial but none as yet, therefore no actual convictions. There are so many more dirty corners to discover it may take a lot more time but my feeling is a trial needs to starts soon if he is being held and / or he may end up like the guy in New York who "hung' Himself in his cell with the help of some his "JAILERS" !
If someone is saying he has been given a sentence of18 years for his sins this is BS big BS as usual.

Yup sure does but as I said this is a fight against goliath. This started in Chile and needs to end in Chile. Chile needs to decide what they are going to do with accordingly the worlds richest gold mine that is not in production so they are receiving no revenue. All they are getting is excuses of why it can't be mine plus huge environmental damage to the mountain. Chile somehow needs to wake up to reality and do the right thing.

Newgold looks like the courts have dismissed the criminal case against Llanos in its entirety rendering any further rulings from taking effect.
Reason given was due to no activity since 2014. That is ten years right?
No worry though Torres will reach in his bag of "case files to be launched" and come up with a few new ones to keep the flame alive.
Can not imagine being Torres who after all these years has had NO, NADA, NOTAONE successes!

The fix was in which explains why Llanos had no intention of showing up to any court and stayed on the beach in his orange speedo dragging his oxy tank around.

JL seems to be his own worst enemy and there have been lots of instances where JL has said or posted and it definitely never happened even when it was a projection of going to happen nothing ever came of it. But all in all Chile really needs to clean up in order for this to move forward. It started in Chile and needs to end in Chile.

There is no doubt that the players on the other side have all the resources to play the screw you game.
They are guilty in that they produce defense and insert it where it needs to go as required when required.
There is little defense in the declarations JL makes in that nothing he states as real occurrences in court rulings never are real.
Case in point on the Llanos court ruled confessions where JL states no appeal can be nor will be allowed.
Appeal launched by CMN soon after the court accepted a forced no show confession ?

Do you understand the David and Goliath story, don't you? This is an absolute Goliath and epic battle that is being waged. Why for example did the BCSC strip BJ of all rights to MSX and then suspend MSX from trading. Normally you get rid of the CEO and leave the company alone. They couldn't do that because they had to make sure that BJ along with MSX could no longer perform in any capacity. Some how MSX as managed to survive to fight another day. This battle will take awhile and even at this point I am not sure how much fight is left. It will be very interesting on what happens in Chile between the government and Hermasillo.
This is coming so let's see.

Again, I have no idea how many shareholders there are. I am just stating a fact that at the meetings the room is packed and no one is really complaining. Now the other issue is not sure if there have been any meetings at the Legion because all the ones I have been at are not there. Now as far as anyone doing any litigation that would be there choice but not sure after all this time it would go anywhere or be worth the time and effort. Most people who have gotten in know that this is a very long shot and they did not through all the eggs in this basket. If they did oh boy they really do have faith.

How many individual shareholders do you think MSX has/had ?
More than the 30 or so attending the Legion Beer Meetings every few months.
I do not know how many shareholders are registered with the securities people on the last exchange being the Canadian Stock Exchange.
I would suspect that most have lost belief as well as any credibility in this story.
Court litigation driven investments are not overly successful and as we can all see take forever to get to any final outcome.
They are with time very expensive and as they drag on the money dries up especially in these hard times for so many people.
If after 20 years of trying to make the point without any success, the still believers must be anointed with blessed patience or moronic faith.

Hmmmm, I am not so sure because at the meetings the room is packed. I think that alot of the shareholders are in this because in the beginning it was a huge gamble with a chance of a big pay off. With that sort of gamble you definitely do not bet the bank on this investment. If you put it all then greed took over and well it is what it is. I think you are wrong, so wrong on there being no disgruntled shareholders.
The majority of shareholders from 10 or more years back have long forgotten about this little play they did in greedy mode of thinking.
Asked today, they would all be somewhat pissed on the entire story, even if they have written off their MSX stock for tax credits on real gains.

There was word out that the two principles of the MSX story were looking to hire the same helicopter and ground crew and pilot as did Michael DeGuzman.
They are both looking for the appropriate landing areas as well as future addresses.

Jorge was going to get millions from some awards in Chile for who knows what.

Barrick is and has been a questionable corrupt gold miner ....... forever.
This story is so old no one knows when nor how it all started. It will be swept under the CHILE MAT.
Pascua Lama is a now dead gold project for Chile producing no tax revenues with no plans to get any revenues in the foreseeable future.
Interesting for Barrick though as they seek to get some new permits for other projects in Chile ?????
The best Chile could hope for is a very large fine for Barrick for sins committed if provable ???

Just curious if it is proven in a court of law that Barrick has not at any point in time had title to Mina Pascua in Chile and that Lannos defrauded the Chilean Government with his claims for Barrick. That would mean that Barrick has lied for 25 years about what they had in Chile. Do you not think that Barrick should be halted and investigated. Just wondering!!!!!!
