My thoughts; We have legal procedures in Chile for Feb. From my DD I'll maintain ABX is screwed at Pascua, but it is not clear as far as why this filing is required or has been attempted presently or when all procedural legal avenues have been complete including Tesoro.
I look forward to hearing more about what happens from the Feb Chilean legal docket.
