Nic, I would like to agree with you BUT,,,,,,IDCC made this move when it was a little more than HALF this price, and all the propaganda about substantial progress in the world class licensing dept was for naught (thus far) a loss at ITC and a dragged out non-decision CAFC as a last hope, lack of renewal of LG, it all spells that it wasn't looking too shiny for the mgmt team in KOP

Terry Clontz and the new & improved BOD did what they HAD to , economic crisis, and SOOO many stocks trading at 50% of previous value - $100 a share today is like $150-$180 a share in a strong /higher market ??? I think so

IMHO and I for one am very thankful for them and also fro Ron S from MPartners as well

No doubt, the current market share price in relation to sell out expections is in the back of everyones minds, but I would think IDCC would not have put themselves up for sale for $85 to $100 if they thought as merritt stated that IDCC's patents were deeper and stronger than nortels.

You are so right, nothing ever runs true to form with IDCC. We are always connecting dots only to find out how wrong we were when the final ruling or official statement is made. Hope it is not that way now but I must admit time has not been our friend.
