Nic, I would like to agree with you BUT,,,,,,IDCC made this move when it was a little more than HALF this price, and all the propaganda about substantial progress in the world class licensing dept was for naught (thus far) a loss at ITC and a dragged out non-decision CAFC as a last hope, lack of renewal of LG, it all spells that it wasn't looking too shiny for the mgmt team in KOP

I can see your thinking AMCJAX and evidently the street is employing the same thinking that is pricing in GD's 85 to 100 estimate. One can't deny that this is the probable figure that the street is looking at.

Still one would have to feel that IDCC has given up on nokia and the lg resigning, because both of those events would have taken us easily to the $65 level and that's only 3G. They would also have to feel that they don't have much in LTE or won't be able to sign the majority of the 4G market.

I can see it your way with a little arm twisting and the reality of the market. Not starry eyed with the $300 per share guys, but still will be shocked with $100 ($84) as that would mean an effective sell out of $84 per share as IDCC is sitting on $700 million in cash. Damnnnn!!! $84 ($100) still seems cheap even if we were sitting at $41. .. nic
