That is a great post. you know after reading your post it sounds like Mark still has some papers to file before he can use the port,??????????? so all of the post about a shipment coming in July is not true seeing we are in the last week of July. I guess that raw PR with the imposed tractors which came down really fast was only to inform about what might happen I get it forward thinking still working on the details to sealed the deal. well I am sure the PR did help sell some of the 5 BILLION shares all good maybe Mark needed money to sign the port deal.
