My own, and it really is good:
You can use dead ripe fresh tomatoes in season, or... you can just open a can of good quality diced tomatoes. Put 'em in a bowl. Finely dice jalapenos to taste. Add half a medium sweet onion (not a huge one), also diced. Now here's the SECRET: finely dice four or five radishes, and add. They really do make a difference, and add crunch. If you're using canned tomatoes, or not-so-flavorful fresh tomatoes, add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Stir it all together. Check back after about an hour; it it's too thick, add a little water.
If you've got some fresh cilantro, add a couple of tablespoons at the last minute.
