If it's like "contracted" services where I worked (done by department, e.g., housekeeping, food services, & maintenance)...
personnel stays the same (for the most part) & management of the worker bees is all that changes...
plus a few perks change & wages adjust based on new OT & on-call policies!
Costs of the contracts were always KEPT HIDDEN from worker bees so who knows... expense to company might have been steadily upward!
Obviously a "right to work" state where UNIONS do not dictate costs driving companies into bankruptcy!
Maybe one of JBII's "partners" (Rock-Tenn) could be submitting bids on the municipal trash in the future since they KNOW HOW to divert much of the trash into a REVENUE CASH COW... thanks to JBII's P2O process!
