Jerry...could you please clarify the following post with the entire body of information you were given about Expo's filing "error"? It is being used, IMHO, to manipulate the facts:
I can factually state this is not an issue of semantics. The action enacted on 02.01.2011 cannot be changed because once it's filed it is official. Before my conversation with the Nevada SOS dept. that fact was unclear to me. Now it is very clear.
Upon receiving Nevada's official answer to my question, I then proceeded to ask for permission to pose a hypothetical question addressing the same issue. The same person responded with a yes, the company could initiate another filing that would/will be shown next in order. She attempted to explain how this is done but I could could not keep up with her, and since I felt like their office has received many, many calls about this
I let the lady go so she could tend to her day job.
I contacted the officer of the company and told him what her answer was. The officer said the company knew nothing about this he would try and get her on the phone to get this matter cleared up.
Later, same company officer said, Jerry, you are the one who's wrong partner.
What I've obtained since these calls, I will keep to myself and proceed on to the next item on my fact vetting list. I've appointed myself as our company's nonofficial and non-compensated Ombudsman.... because I still own EXPH stock.
