you might want to read this if you think inca doesn't have an obligation to file...sure, pinks don't have to file, but once you do, you have to stay current, or update past filings or the SEC can suspend trading as it's a violation of the 33/34 act...it's very misunderstood that pinks aren't governed by the SEC , albeit less stingent, but they are...and besides, FINRA governs the brokers, not the actual securiteis...

I'm not saying inca runs the risk of being suspended for missing a filing date as we all know they've gone a lot longer without filing, but they do have an obligation to stay current once the process has begun...
