A little information on that topic. It's not a good idea to let the SEC deregister your stock, so Inca better get those filings done or voluntarily return the company to non-reporting status.

Needless to say this does not pertain to INCA as they have stated they will file.But it does pertain to companies that did file and stopped,regardless if they trade on the pinks now or before they stopped filing.
