Why are you bothering with the SEC? The OTC, where pink sheet stocks trade, is neither a stock exchange nor self-regulatory organization aka SRO and is not regulated by the SEC, or FINRA for that matter.

From wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OTC_Markets_Group,_Inc; "To be quoted via Pink Sheets, companies do not need to fulfill any requirements (e.g. filing financial statements with the SEC)."

So what about this doesn't make sense? INCA DOES NOT HAVE ANY FILING REQUIREMENT!
