Yes, after it (closing LOI's) happens there will be no more guessing. We will know by exactly how much our ownership has diminished in %'s.

Let me answer your question honestly, I would prefer to own 10,000,000 shares in a company I knew was heading for profitability, than to own 100,000 in a company I knew was already profitable. But that's just me. I like the idea of having 100x more shares in a company that will succeed eventually. We both agree CBAI will succeed regardless of the vote outcome, right?

I can ask the same question with a different formula. Would you want to own 10% of an 'up and coming' successful company (round numbers) or would you want to own .1% of a company that's already successful?

I guess that's the pinpoint of where our opinion differentiates, no big deal, we're both investors and we shouldn't lose sight of that, even though erosion amongst shareholder's relationships is happening. Voicing these concerns is part of normal human psycology, IMO.

So cbai took a beating in the PPS due to one thing. R/S

I think the PPS is taking a beating because of the A/S not the R/S. Not sure if that's what you meant.
