I appriciate the answer. We differ in a few areas but if we all agreed on everything life would be boring.
The a/s, to me is an unsure variable, we don't know what or how many will be used, or that if it will even be needed. That all depends on the financing. They either get a debt loan or an equity loan. one payed in shares one is paid in cash.
the R/S is true. It will happen, if they get the votes. We have a set number to base our investment off of.
R/S's for the most part are extremely negative for a company because that is the norm. We believe that so it does happen.
As for owning 10000000 0r 100000 shares. 20% increase on the dollar volume in either one is the same number. so you don't win or lose with either amount.
ie' 25% of 10,000 dollars is still 2500.00 bucks. that 10,000 can buy 1 share or 1,000,0000 shares. the increase in value will still be the same. For me, I like the chance that the r/s that CBAI does gives them more of an opurtunity for different funds available and that it gets the stigma off of it of being a sub penny stock. Thats just me.
As for talking about decreqase in % held after R/S it is still an assumption. Who knows what or how many will be needed.
that is the answer I will wait for.
