Hey agent. I thought I mentioned and stated that several times already. As for how many will be needed. i wouldn't assume or even guess.

That being said. Lets say they have 0.00 available now. Unlikely but for the sake of figuring numbers, lets just use 0.00 funds right now.
17.84 million \ .002 now. then/ 100 to find how many shares it would need.

Math is math.

Until we see one or three deals go through and financing for each one or all 3 in a bundled deal we can't deduct how many shares will be needed. But the good news is, is that we will know exactely what is needed once the above happens. Then you can base your investment on that.

I like risk, so I already made my investment of where I believe CBAI ends up in 10 years. I don't worry about the day to day stuff.

Now ask yourself this question. It helps me alot.

would you want to own 10000000 shares of a company thats breaking ground and at this time not turning a profit, (for whatever reasons) Side note why don't you think there is profit right now? whats the cause. My answer is growth and controlling the assets.

Now back to original question
or would you want 100000 shares of a profitable buisness.

Also what has changed in this company over the past 3 months besides the news of the R/S.

Growth ius still happening, business still happening, revenues up year over year, gross margin increasing. acquisations and intent on 2 more.

So cbai took a beating in the PPS due to one thing. R/S

I'm sure they will bounce back after the r/s and the negativity attached to it.

I'm really not worried at all about my investment.
