Untrue! My Schwab account was TWICE credited.......
....with CBAI "dissolvement (or some such!!!)" monies.
The was a payment in late June and another payment in early October. Wasn't that nice of somebody?
How do you figure? Thanks!!!

What are you talking about? Thanks!!!
nobody will be receiving anything.
But seriously......why dissolve the company...???????
The whole concept behind having a business is to GROW the business.
Growth can be achieved through innovation, acquisition, merger, strategic hiring/firing, articulate cost/benefit analysis, research & development, patent creation, liquidity events, establishment & implementation of short/intermediate/long-term goals, etc.
However, IN THIS CASE, it's looking like the people at the top simply did not care. WHY? What's the point behind not giving a damn? Why put people in charge if those people only wanted to destroy the business? If the business model wasn't working out, then change the business model. It happens all the time. But don't just quit.
Why even create a situation where several Market Makers were being paid good money to keep the price around $0.0075 per share when, in actuality, CBAI should have been a $0.0003 stock? It doesn't make any sense.
People in charge here forgot (or simply did not care?) that Capitalism is supposed to be about making money, not destroying wealth. It's about trying really, really hard to make things better than they were, as opposed to simply pulling the plug. A great many things here simply do not add up. Regardless, the situation stinks. And don't even get me started about the poster who, on the day before the dissolution was announced, said something to the effect of "get out while you still can"...... Yeah, the insider situation stinks to high hell as well.
From top to bottom, this whole thing stinks.
PS: STOP PUTTING RATS IN MY BACKYARD!!!!!
How do you figure....????? Thanks!!!
I am confused?

"As I said before, I sold all my shares weeks ago"
Tuesday, 11/19/19 09:31:49 AM Re: MaryMary158 post# 105199 0.001
I sold my remaining shares into the nice .008 bid the other day, the remaining million that didn't go I sold yesterday @ .0078 after the " news "..
The content and context of that post is bullshit.
First of all there is no .0016, no shrs will be bought or sold ever again....
As far as shareholders who decided to hang on for the full distribution ( 4 years ) they will also make out alright.
While I do agree communication could have been better here ( due to the fact not many can fully understand the SEC filings with all the legal mumbo jumbo ) nothing that was done here was illegal.
Red Oak simply cannot be blamed because they could not find a buyer for Scitslers mess, and has to do an asset sale. That was the simple thing that created all the uncertainty going forward.
The escrow was perfectly legal and necessary, the four years after dissolution is Florida Law, anyone can take a few minutes to dd that.
As I said before, I sold all my shares weeks ago, the four year wait wasn't something I wanted to do. If I was 10-20 yrs younger, I would have held on.
To say this wasn't a very profitable venture since Red Oak invested would be absurd....shares were available for .003 sh for a very long time, and I know for a fact many smart traders who followed the money made a VERY nice return.
If anything illegal was done here, I'd sure like to see it posted and proven.....
I agree with you a 100%. The Virus, Matty & Wifey, Joey and the lawyer guy and the 1 and only Snow Job all are in the BS Artist Group.
I feel sorry for any investors here who didn't get out. But old sandberg was the big boss of CCEL and the POS never made a dime ever for the shareholders of CBAI and he is a Red Oak hedge fund guru.
What do you think the guru will do with the .0016 over the next 4 years??
Why have this board anymore? Good Luck to all and Myth get the light on the way out.
Yup...
Different players, same game.

Oh....wait....
At least one of those players was involved the first time around too.
ROTFLMAO
What was being touted as the payouts to the shareholders back in the day?
Cuz I posted this back then...
I believe that in the end, it will be found that no "future distributions" are due to the shareholders...
at best, there will be a small subsequent amount.
HOW will that be accomplished?
We'll have to wait for the filings to see.
So how much money did shareholders ever see out of the sale?
Because I was attacked here when I suggested that Red Oak was going to find a way to NOT distribute the $$$...
I was told that Red Oak and Sandberg were upstanding/honest etc.
I guess that was a myth?
I feel sorry for the shareholders of CBAI.
Just one bunch of shysters after another here.
They laugh all the way to the bank,
while they leave you out in the woods holding the bag.
It’s called a snipe hunt.
LoL, it's now a LOT worse than trips!!!!
Again, very impressive focus on your part. Thanks!!!

it doesn't matter what it shows. the ticker no longer exists.
TDA shows one bidder @ .0009, and the ask @ .0078....
10,000
I believe sandberg will eat up the .0016 over the next 4 years.
Red Oak knows how to help themselves to the goodies.
The ex-dividend price is .0016. Yesterday’s close of .0078 minus the .0062 dividend = .0016.
