Maybe Gander is giving Ferris some advice? Maybe the scenario I suggested as a possible one isn't that far fetched?
Ferris didn't say "no" to the query during the CC that the company isn't looking to purchase itself (ie go private) or be purchased, he said "not at this time", and "not currently" which was also his response to listing as well as his written response to not restructuring the company's capital in the latest annual report...
Ferris will do what he feels is in the best interest of HIS company, which necessarily may not be in the best interest of his current shareholders who helped him (with their investment dollars) get his company to where it's currently at.
Interesting. Does anybody know what the GM shares were trading at prior to the announcement? That article talks about $5.15/share for the partial shares after the initial reverse split.
Just read up some more on going private. This has become intriguing, and not necessarily in a good way.
I think we all agree that VTSI is currently undervalued. I'm sure Ferris does too. With the price so low right now yet all this revenue in the pipeline, I can't see how somebody wouldn't want to buy Virtra (including Ferris himself).
