Based on the fact that he built Virtra, it wouldn't be that far fetched for Ferris to believe that Virtra is his company. It isn't too far fetched to assume that Ferris will do what is best for his company and himself. Since the stock isn't sub-penny, could he believe that he has done enough for shareholders?
