The statement "If the NSS of CMKX is not there, IT DOES NOT EXIST." makes no sense to me. if it is not WHERE??? the transfer agent has NO idea or NO access to how many shares the dtc gives out. period. even court orders cant seem to get that these days.

remember, the sec said NNS dont exist, until recently, and they did and still do.

as far as abadgoodgirl lying? hmmm,,have no reason to believe that based on her past.

something is not adding up but i sure wouldnt be quick to judge and say that the transfer agent is not covering thier butt. we dont know the truth, thus we cant CLAIM to know the truth.

I also just talked with Jeff at 1st Global. I think he is getting tired of calls from shareholders wanting confirmation of abadgoodgirls statements. He advised that the statement that either Helen or he had said that 51% of CMKX's stock was held by insiders was completely false and that no such information had been given out by either of them.

I also asked if he could tell me how many shares of CMKX were restricted shares, and he said that he could not release any information regarding CMKX's share structure other than what the company has divulged publicly in PR's. He suggested that I contact CMKX for that information - lol.
