The statement "If the NSS of CMKX is not there, IT DOES NOT EXIST." makes no sense to me. if it is not WHERE??? the transfer agent has NO idea or NO access to how many shares the dtc gives out. period. even court orders cant seem to get that these days.

remember, the sec said NNS dont exist, until recently, and they did and still do.

as far as abadgoodgirl lying? hmmm,,have no reason to believe that based on her past.

something is not adding up but i sure wouldnt be quick to judge and say that the transfer agent is not covering thier butt. we dont know the truth, thus we cant CLAIM to know the truth.
