VW, to answer your questions:
1. I guess it is possible that a lower ratio RS or even lower than $8 stock price would have satisfied those lost customers. But obviously we have no way of knowing this, we can only take management's word for the current ratio.
2. Not giving up, but have lowered my expectations long term. I tend to concentrate on investment opportunities that need immediate attention. Like I said, been here a long time and I put my money where my opinions are. Don't have much to say here.
