Thanks for your response. Two thoughts/questions

1. "All I care about currently, regarding the RS, is whether we truely lost $4M because of the low stock price."
A continuation of this thought might be... and if we did lose sales does it require a 100 to 1 split? Could say, a 25 to 1 or 10 to 1 split have an equally good outcome for sales and still maintain substantially more equity for me?

2. "Yes, it would probably mean a much lower value for current shareholders, but I cannot cloud my emotions by thinking Virtra is the same high risk, high reward investment it was many years ago."

Why? Why are you giving up on the potential of the rewards you saw in Virtra all of these years...because the company is telling you to. You are willing to put a nonliving entity and its financial health above your own?
